I am very proud of this Administration and the President for what he has done, how he has led.
We do not anticipate submitting a waiver until such time as we see a real improvement in the situation.
Thank you for sending a clear message today: God's children are not for sale.
I did not see any agreement to stop attacks against Afghans.
