Let me just say the exchange is not a panacea. They are complicated, and they have more risk than traditional approaches like leasing.

The more they pay for space, the less funding they have for people and their core missions.

Washington continues to pile on burdensome regulations and reporting requirements at the same time we come back and we tell our institutions of higher education that they need to address the rising cost of college.

So I am going to warn everyone again about the importance of securing our borders, especially when we are dealing with this issue of illegal immigration here.

I think it is a good point here today, why it is so important that as we consider immigration reform here in Washington and the policy, that we really focus on making sure we are protecting our National security.
