I’m here to say today that we will not be bullied by these developers. We will not be bulldozed by the lawyers for these big tech companies.
My message to data center developers is clear: if you can’t agree to our strict requirements and get the community where you want to build to say ‘yes,’ you’re not going to have the Commonwealth’s support either.
We will not let them bully my fellow Pennsylvanians. If these companies want to do business here they need to comply with the strictest guardrails in the nation on data center development.
