So only 2,000, not millions the administration has claimed. So if it crashed with only 2,000 users, is volume really the issue, as the administration claims?
We're now hearing reports that the administration was repeatedly warned that the site was not ready for an October 1st launch.
The Secretary stated that HHS would, quote, 'flip on the switch on October 1st and say to people, come on and sign up,' end quote.
