H.R. 1717, the Sober Truth on Preventing Underage Drinking Reauthorization Act or the STOP Act, sponsored by Rep. Roybal-Allard (CA) provides for programs and activities to prevent underage drinking.

Because of the Affordable Care Act, now over 20 million people in this country who were in that situation literally overnight are no longer in that situation.
