I want to conclude by saying I appreciate the leadership of the gentleman from Georgia [Mr. Kingston], and the gentleman from Arizona [Mr. Hayworth] for helping us lead the charge here for doing the three-part goal; that is, first, tax reductions for the American family; second, dismantling the IRS as we know it into a new successor agency that is taxpayer-friendly; and third, to change the Tax Code so it is more flat. And in my case, I would like to see it more flat, but certainly more fair to the American people. We are moving to that goal and I support the legislation that these two individuals have introduced. Hopefully, it will be passed and under the gentleman's leadership in the Committee on Ways and Means, we are looking forward to it being a very happy day for the American people.
