the fact is we have hotlines in this country for almost every imaginable purpose, but what could be more important than have a hotline to protect our children? And the fact is if we can have more than one method to make sure we protect our children under Megan's Law and under the Sherman amendment, I think we do the right thing today and pass the Sherman amendment. It will only add to the bill and make it better, not make it worse.
