I thank the gentleman from New Jersey for his comments. Mr. Speaker, one of the reasons that our allies rely so heavily on American-made liquefied natural gas is because of its reliability. In recent years, we have seen billions of tax dollars used to prop up failing energy producers like wind turbines and solar farms. While wind and solar should certainly be available, the fact is they are unable to sustain major electric grids. Without battery technology to store the energy collected by renewable energy sources, the United States and our friends and our allies will continue to rely on natural gas. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from Georgia (Mr. Allen).
