If we're not going to protect someone's life, we're not protecting anyone else of theirs. And I think it starts right here in what we recognize as life, and it begins at conception.

The Second Amendment protects Americans' constitutional right to keep and bear arms, and as a gun owner myself I have immense respect for the responsibility that comes with owning and operating a firearm.

If a person isn't going to protect your life, do you think they are going to protect any of your other rights?

In America, that's not good. I don't measure that I'm less worse than some other country's economy. We want to be the best.
