Most of our constituents do. So when we are sitting here talking as elected officials about people who are breaking the law, we are saying our constituents are--a lot of them--I believe mine do it right and I want to commend those that do, and those that don't, you know, need to be held accountable.
Keller emphasizes that most constituents act lawfully and deserve commendation.
