We know the goal was to identify the underlying causes of the civil unrest. Mr. Speaker, what I hear Mr. Ellison saying with that 250 years, the first time I ever heard that described that way, I would ask him to talk to us a little bit about here it is 2018, 50 years later, with all these things that have happened.
