I thank the gentlewoman for her comments. I greatly appreciate it. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from Louisiana (Mr. Richmond), the chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus, who is really not a stranger to this topic of economic justice in the Black community. He has been leading this caucus for the last year and he has been very consistent about the need to address economic justice. He understands, from his perspective, from the caucus perspective, the importance that the best poverty buster is economic justice.
