Mr. Speaker, I thank the gentleman from Texas (Mr. Casar) for his comments. Mr. Speaker, if you want to respect hard work, you have to respect the people who do that hard work. That is at the core of this, and respecting the labor movement is so central. I am from western Pennsylvania, which is sacred ground in that labor movement, where people bled for the right to organize. That fight continues. Mr. Speaker, I yield now to a colleague from Oregon who gets this, who understands about the dignity of work and fighting for our people, the gentlewoman from Oregon (Ms. Hoyle).
