I think the military has been put in this position – and they are doing tactically what they’re being asked to do. The Trump administration, though, the strategic part of this? They’re floundering.

I will tell you it is clear from conversations with my constituents in western Pennsylvania, and I know from people all over this country, they think our system is rigged: rigged against hardworking people, rigged for giant corporations…

These are people who have not been charged with violent crimes. They have not been charged with things like robbery or burglary or rape or murder. And yet that’s who’s in this facility.
