Colleagues in my home State of Pennsylvania, Congressman Meehan and Congressman Brady, have been very interested in the Veterans Courts. I was originally involved in the creation of the drug courts in Pennsylvania years ago. I think this is a very important effort, particularly as it relates to our veterans, but in terms of a host of populations to help divert people, when possible, from the criminal justice system and make our communities safer at the same time, so this is a very important amendment.
