The clerk will report the resolution by title. The assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A concurrent resolution (H. Con. Res. 100) authorizing the use of the rotunda of the Capitol for a ceremony to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the enactment of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
