Bob Casey: “It affects every community and in some way or another almost every family.”

We are enormously grateful for leaders like Senator Casey who are working to make those investments a reality.

I am disappointed that Dr. de la Torre defied the subpoena this Committee authorized and has chosen not to appear today.

I hope that the Committee will be able to hear from him soon.
