Bob Casey: “An investment in a child in the dawn of his or her life... has positive benefits for the child and their family.”

We are enormously grateful for leaders like Senator Casey who are working to make those investments a reality.

I hope that the Committee will be able to hear from him soon.

I am disappointed that Dr. de la Torre defied the subpoena this Committee authorized and has chosen not to appear today.
