I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of S. Res. 539, which was submitted earlier today. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 539) directing the Architect of the Capitol to obtain and place a memorial plaque for United States Capitol Police Officer William F. Evans at the north security kiosk of the Capitol. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
