Bob Casey: “Remove barriers so that rural facilities may fully utilize telehealth services.”

I am disappointed that Dr. de la Torre defied the subpoena this Committee authorized and has chosen not to appear today.

We are enormously grateful for leaders like Senator Casey who are working to make those investments a reality.

I'm going to keep saying it.

I hope that the Committee will be able to hear from him soon.
