Bob Casey: “Let me just say for the record before we go that the record will be kept open for 1 week for members of the committee.”

I am disappointed that Dr. de la Torre defied the subpoena this Committee authorized and has chosen not to appear today.

I hope that the Committee will be able to hear from him soon.

We are enormously grateful for leaders like Senator Casey who are working to make those investments a reality.

I'm going to keep saying it.
