If we make the system more efficient and drive down costs, that gives everybody more money to spend on taking care of those problems.

I do not believe that privatizing the ATO is the answer.

They have failed every single time.

I believe that they fundamentally agree with me that the FAA is broken, and that--although it is a very, very safe system, the efficiency, the innovation, the modernization for decades has fallen behind.
