The place may be turbulent, but our interests are clear.
We're not trying to carry out a strategy that is 4 years old. We're trying to carry out our strategy of today.
Last fall's Bipartisan Budget Act gave us some much-needed stability after years of gridlock and turbulence.
I have not heard that in our discussions. I'll take that back and add it.
