We do need Homeland Security, we need the Intelligence, we need the State Department.

We are also quadrupling the European Reassurance Initiative, which allows us to do more with our NATO partners there.

I agree with you, also, about the Assad regime. It's a reason why Assad can't be part of the future of that country.
