If you engage in fact finding, if the court does that, the court is transgressing into the Congressional area.
I heard there was a lot of enthusiasm for it.
The court pulled the rug out from Congress, affirming the constitutionality where it had been in effect for 100 years.
I would support the Democratic nominee, even if it was Sestak.
