I shall use it. Another correction. The Senator from Illinois incorrectly says I have argued that there have been no abuses of the PATRIOT Act. I have never made that representation. I don't think you are entitled to credit for not being abusive. That is to be expected. If you have not been abusive, don't look for credit. That is what you ought to be: not abusive. I have not made that argument. My arguments have been limited squarely to the threat of terrorism, and the balance of civil liberties on an itemized approach, one by one by one by one, that this is a balanced bill.
