last year's funding was disgraceful, at $772 million.
Many programs fail and many programs succeed.
The best answer that a group of senators... can come up with is to put some sunlight on the court.
I would urge you, General Varney, to take a look at that. That touches a very sore subject with my dairy farm industry.
