I believe that there ought to be agreement by the Department of Defense to have the navy yard issue resubmitted to the Base Closing Commission, because you have this documentary, undisputed evidence of fraud, where the two reports from Admiral Claman and Admiral Hekman were concealed from the Base Closing Commission.
