The court pulled the rug out from Congress, affirming the constitutionality where it had been in effect for 100 years.
some day the Senate would stand up on its hind legs.
If something arises that disrupts the mission, it doesn't matter what it is, it could disrupt the mission.
I believe that if the Court were televised, there would be an understanding and an accountability.
