I am satisfied now that the revision of the bill is about as far as we can go in providing the addition of the de novo hearing by the court, that the classifications of terrorist organizations is well-founded factually, and there again that the evidence which is not subject to confrontation meets a similar standard with respect to Specter-Simon.
