Regrettably, we did not move ahead on the Paycheck Fairness Act yesterday.
The Supreme Court decides all of the important cutting issues of the day.
The Congress has the authority to handle administrative matters legislatively.
This is a subject of enormous importance, and I regret that we have not had more time today to do it justice.
