In my capacity as manager of the bill, it is my intention to move next to the Grassley amendment under title III. We will stack votes later because we have a whole series of amendments. I think our time can be most effectively used. So at this time I move to table the Leahy amendment and ask for the yeas and nays. I withdraw the motion to table.
