My calculations differ. I took $8 million--and I don't know if that is a correct figure or incorrect figure--and that works, to me, to be $20 million a day. So if you are talking about $200 million, that is considerably more than the calculations we have just heard. I don't think it is too important how much money it is. If it is delayed funding which is available for the National Institutes of Health, I think it is a bad idea.
