The Court is very ideologically driven at the moment, and I think the public needs to understand that.
that concurring opinion goes into great detail as to why stare decisis ought not to be followed.
I believe that if the Court were televised, there would be an understanding and an accountability.
This is, I think, an unusual bill because it involves so many big issues.
