I would think as a matter of priority they would at least address that and try to give some first aid. I do not know what they have found, and I do not know the specifics upon what injunctive relief they might seek, but they have attorneys that might look at the current system and act now. They are a constituted agency and they have conducted criminal investigations. They could work this in the civil field. It comes as a surprise to me when a Senator of your standing, Senator Dodd, makes that suggestion to them, and months go by without any response to it.”
