Good. But it was a terrific speech, I say to Senator Sessions, and I thank you for it and thank you for your leadership on this bill generally and for your strenuous, hard work and leadership on the Judiciary Committee.

The Congress, under separation of powers, has the authority to find the facts, and then there is need only for a rational relationship between what Congress finds factually and the legislation which Congress enacts.
Because it is so important for the public to know how its Government functions, and because the Supreme Court affects the lives of Americans in such great detail.
