Regrettably, there are no funds to stretch further. If the Senator from Connecticut had an offset, wanted to discuss priorities, I would have been glad to do that. But we have to stay within the budget. Therefore, with great reluctance, I have raised the point of order. Mr. President, it should be noted that the last vote was less than 13 minutes.
