There are many things I can say in response to what the distinguished Senator from Michigan has said, but silence is the preferable course. Instead, I ask, as the representative of the majority leader, to set the vote at 5:45 with the expectation there will be no other speakers. I ask unanimous consent we set the vote at 5:45.
