From the beginning, this case has been about making sure that facts, not political whims, guide how the law is applied. Today’s decision protects that principle.

This is incredibly bipartisan work that is being done by attorney general offices across the state and their fraud units at the state level.

Today’s ruling, if allowed to stand, would give the president unilateral power to put Oregon soldiers on our streets with almost no justification. We are on a dangerous path in America.

Time and time again, this administration has shown it’s willing to strip away the things people count on, whether it’s health coverage, food assistance or basic protections, all to benefit a select few at the expense of working families.
