My concern is how do we prevent another situation like we have seen with HLS?
I would encourage our friends to consider putting that up for a vote soon.
I do worry about picking and choosing where to invest, though.
I understand the importance of increasing our resiliency to extreme weather events and more frequent environmental hazar...
