Think of it. Mr. Speaker, 116 people took the Fifth Amendment and/or fled the country. Some of these were American citizens. Some of these were not. But the fact is, Congress has been denied getting the facts. When the administration has the facts, they are not giving them to us. That is why these two memos written by two men of very high integrity are important for this body to review and the Committee on Government Reform and Oversight to review in particular.
