“I must say I am disappointed with this further attack on the NEA and the NEH and the Institute of Museums and Libraries. I cannot believe that. When little kids in rural America and urban America need to get this type of culture and music and this great history of this Nation, I cannot believe it when individuals start and say let us get rid of people that study history or everything else. It is just plain wrong.”
