Is it wrong to ever actually balance the budget? Should that be a goal to balance the budget?
Can the Federal Government step into a religious institution and redefine their doctrine for them?
Can any administration step into a church and say, 'I disagree with your doctrine; you will change it to mine?'
My concern is...the term 'primary balance' and 'sustainable debts and deficits' gives the clear impression we will never balance.
This is not an issue of limiting... that true religion is this; that we watch out for the orphans and widows in their distress.
Can the Federal Government reach into a church or religious institution and define for them their doctrine?
Will a company that is a drilling company, or a lot of these small independents, the majority of the drilling and operation that comes out of the ground is this very small company.
