Seventy-six percent was the number I think that was floated of potential fraud basically that is out there of service-disabled veterans that they are not complete.

If we are dealing with a number of 76 percent, that is a rather high percentage of potential failure in it.

So many of these veterans that are coming home in Oklahoma are coming home to find employers eager to be able to hire them because of their leadership and their great work ethic.

They shall return not only eager to create a better world, what is far more important, they shall come back prepared to create that world.

That would be the definition of unsustainable, that we suddenly cannot get the money at the rate that we need it for in other countries.

The study assumes that you are going to provide information and research, but not new regulations based on that.

I raise the assumption at the end of the day, when the study is released, you allow people to be able to review it.
