According to the OIG report--and I want to be able to ask you about this, Mr. O'Carroll found 180,000 individuals who died while receiving disability payments but were not recorded in the Death Master File.

But when you get the death information from States, do they charge the Social Security Administration for that information?

I have a letter that is still outstanding with SSA dealing with the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking from February of last year.

But is that something the agency sells at this point? What is the asset there?

Is the Social Security Administration the right place to be able to manage the Death Master File?

So help me understand this process.

Does that come back to the Social Security Administration to reimburse them?

The Social Security Administration, do they feel like this is part of their mission to be able to keep up this file, this is important?

Just a point of interest for me. How did you prove you are alive?

Obviously, they are already in the Social Security disability process as well.

So give me an approximate cost there? We are talking $3 a person to be able to get that information.

I have a philosophical statement that I want to make, and want to be able to get from you.

Yet, you advocate for increased deficit spending in fiscal year 2016 over current law, stating that breaking the budget caps is vital to our national and economic security.

I would affirm that.

For any certain population that there is a decline in length of detention?

We can't lose the focus on drug and gang violence that is happening in the United States...

The foreign affairs exception to the Administrative Procedure Act is only for those 'affairs' which so affect relations with other governments that the public rule making provisions would clearly provoke definitely undesirable…

The change in Cuba policy seemed to be connected to, this is foreign, and so it's allowable.
