To date we have discovered numerous bureaucratic delays to mitigation and containment caused by Federal entities.

I hope that doesn't happen, and this hearing is going to be I think instrumental in focusing on what the real problem is and the solutions that are out there.

Oklahoma actually does contribute to the air quality impacts associated with Dallas.

Yet your slide show of the Transport Rule indicates that Dallas and Fort Worth will be in attainment with the 1997 ozone NOx of 80 parts per billion by 2014 even without the Transport Rule.

In my State of Oklahoma--it is included among the States in this Transport Rule.
