James Mountain Inhofe is a former United States Senator from Oklahoma, serving from 1994 to 2021. I think we also need to recognize...52 percent of all revenues that came into the United States went into defending America. That figure is now 15 percent.
This is a trend that we have started, and we want to continue with this, giving more of the options to the States.
I think, even though it is not all that well-defined, I think we have a hollow force today. I am very much concerned about it.

American dominance on the seas, in the skies, and in space can no longer be taken for granted.
