I just want to correct that particular statement and say that the bill is a high priority from the standpoint if you are an environmentalist and really care about these lands. On the other hand, the bill can wait and it is not necessary that we continue to stay here and debate this piece of legislation. I would just say that I would hope that people would consider this rule and vote according to what the gentleman from California [Mr. Miller] and what the gentleman from Minnesota [Mr. Vento] and what the gentleman from New York [Mr. Hinchey] have said about this. I think they have made very, very good points about this legislation.
