You cannot convince me that the United States could not do that. What we are saying here, and we are not here to pick on anybody, we do not want to hurt anybody's feelings but it seems that the end result can be tragic. And you know what, there may be a situation where we do do all we can and it may not be enough. But to sit here and see this haphazard garbage, lack of focus, this administration has the worst case of political A.D.D. we have seen in a long time and it is hurting the country.”
