Absolutely. The source is CBO, the Congressional Budget Office, nonpartisan. The most scary aspect of all of this is if we are spending 400-some billion dollars more than we are taking in, we are borrowing that from somewhere because we do not have it. Tax revenues bring us to this line here, and we are spending that much more, up to $400 billion more than we have in the kitty that we are taking in every year. So we have to go out and borrow it. This is the scary part. Who are we borrowing the money from?
